1. Ứng dụng này là gì

Sói Tinh Gọn là công cụ nội bộ mà chủ kênh YouTube Sói Tinh Gọn dùng để chăm sóc chính kênh của mình. Công cụ chạy trên máy tính của chủ kênh, không có máy chủ hay trang đăng nhập công khai. Người duy nhất cấp quyền cho ứng dụng là chủ kênh, bằng tài khoản Google của chính họ.

Ứng dụng sử dụng YouTube API Services. Khi dùng ứng dụng, bạn đồng ý với Điều khoản dịch vụ của YouTube, và dữ liệu Google xử lý tuân theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.

2. Quyền xin từ Google và lý do

• youtube.readonly: xác nhận tài khoản đã đăng nhập đúng là kênh Sói Tinh Gọn; đọc danh sách video, tiêu đề, trạng thái công khai và bình luận của kênh.
• yt-analytics.readonly: đọc số liệu của kênh và từng video (lượt xem, thời gian xem, tỉ lệ xem, người đăng ký tăng/giảm, lượt thích, bình luận, chia sẻ) để lập báo cáo cho chủ kênh.
• youtube.force-ssl: thay mặt chủ kênh trả lời bình luận, ghim bình luận và ẩn bình luận spam trên kênh của chính họ. Mọi câu trả lời đều do chủ kênh duyệt trước khi gửi.

Ứng dụng không đọc dữ liệu của kênh nào khác bằng tài khoản của bạn, không đọc Gmail, Drive, danh bạ hay bất kỳ dịch vụ Google nào ngoài YouTube.

3. Dữ liệu được lưu ở đâu

• Mã truy cập OAuth (access/refresh token) lưu trong một tệp trên máy của chủ kênh, chỉ tài khoản người dùng máy đó đọc được (quyền tệp 600). Không gửi lên máy chủ nào.
• Số liệu kênh, danh sách video, bình luận và nhật ký vận hành lưu dưới dạng tệp trên cùng máy đó, phục vụ báo cáo và đối chiếu theo thời gian.
• Trang web này (tikvid.f99.link) là trang tĩnh: không dùng cookie, không có mã theo dõi, không thu thập dữ liệu người truy cập.

4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê và không dùng dữ liệu YouTube cho quảng cáo. Dữ liệu chỉ rời máy của chủ kênh trong các trường hợp sau, và chỉ để phục vụ chính chủ kênh:

• Telegram: báo cáo, cảnh báo và bản nháp trả lời bình luận được gửi tới cuộc trò chuyện riêng của chủ kênh với bot của họ để chủ kênh xem và duyệt.
• Anthropic (Claude): khi soạn bản nháp trả lời hoặc tóm tắt số liệu, nội dung liên quan (ví dụ: nội dung bình luận công khai, số liệu video) được gửi tới API của Anthropic để xử lý. Dữ liệu này không được dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI.

Dữ liệu nhận từ Google API không được dùng để phát triển, cải thiện hoặc huấn luyện các mô hình AI/ML tổng quát.

Việc Sói Tinh Gọn sử dụng và chuyển giao sang ứng dụng khác thông tin nhận từ Google API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).

5. Thời gian lưu và xoá dữ liệu

• Số liệu và bình luận được giữ tối đa 24 tháng để so sánh hiệu quả kênh theo thời gian, sau đó bị xoá.
• Thu hồi quyền bất cứ lúc nào tại trang quyền truy cập tài khoản Google. Sau khi thu hồi, ứng dụng không còn đọc hay ghi được gì trên kênh.
• Khi quyền bị thu hồi hoặc ngừng dùng ứng dụng, token và toàn bộ dữ liệu YouTube đã lưu được xoá khỏi máy trong vòng 30 ngày. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá sớm hơn qua email bên dưới.

1. What this app is

Sói Tinh Gọn is an internal tool used by the owner of the Sói Tinh Gọn YouTube channel to manage that channel. It runs on the channel owner's own computer; there is no public server or sign-up. The only person who authorizes the app is the channel owner, with their own Google account.

This app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and data processed by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Google permissions requested and why

• youtube.readonly: confirm the signed-in account is the Sói Tinh Gọn channel; read the channel's video list, titles, privacy status and comments.
• yt-analytics.readonly: read channel and per-video metrics (views, watch time, average view percentage, subscribers gained/lost, likes, comments, shares) to build reports for the channel owner.
• youtube.force-ssl: on the owner's behalf, reply to comments, pin comments and hide spam comments on the owner's own channel. Every reply is approved by the owner before it is posted.

The app does not access any other channel through your account, and does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any Google service other than YouTube.

3. Where data is stored

• OAuth tokens (access/refresh) are stored in a file on the channel owner's computer, readable only by that computer's user (file mode 600). They are never sent to any server.
• Channel metrics, video lists, comments and operation logs are stored as files on the same computer, used for reports and comparisons over time.
• This website (tikvid.f99.link) is static: it sets no cookies, runs no tracking scripts and collects no visitor data.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent YouTube data and do not use it for advertising. Data leaves the owner's computer only in the following cases, and only to serve the channel owner:

• Telegram: reports, alerts and draft comment replies are sent to the owner's private chat with their own bot so the owner can review and approve them.
• Anthropic (Claude): when drafting replies or summarizing metrics, the relevant content (e.g. public comment text, video metrics) is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. This data is not used to train AI models.

Data obtained from Google APIs is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI/ML models.

Sói Tinh Gọn's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Retention and deletion

• Metrics and comments are kept for up to 24 months to compare channel performance over time, then deleted.
• You can revoke access at any time on your Google Account permissions page. After revocation the app can no longer read or write anything on the channel.
• When access is revoked or the app is no longer used, the tokens and all stored YouTube data are deleted from the computer within 30 days. You can request earlier deletion via the email below.
